Annual reports of the Foothills Conservation Advisory Committee that was formed after the passing of the Foothills Levy on May 22, 2001.  The committee was intended to make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council for permanent protection of natural open space in the Boise Foothills.  The reports include the committee's mission, goals, projects, statistics and achievements.
